When someone is ready to move into a Group Home, we take the time to understand what they enjoy and what makes them unique. Our homes are staffed with Direct Support Professionals and other human services staff who develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to help each individual reach new milestones.
Some of our group homes also serve teenagers and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We make sure that these individuals move into homes that are suited to their unique needs and do our best to match them with other teenagers or adults who are closer to their age and have similar interests.
